Where do you ship to?

I offer shipping on all of my prints to most areas of the world, ensuring that art lovers everywhere can enjoy them. Due to the new GPSR rules concerning selling to the EU, unfortunately I have had to suspend shipping to there until I can gain some clarity on exactly what may be required. Huge apologies for this, it is out of my hands unfortunately. 

Pin brooches are currently only available within the UK, with free UK delivery for these items.

How long does shipping take?

• UK : 3-7 days
• US and Canada : 6-10 days

Are the prints ready to ship or made to order?

All of my prints are made to order. This approach ensures each piece is produced with the highest quality and care, while also reducing waste.

What kind of paper are the prints made on?

My Giclée prints are produced on heavyweight, archival-quality paper designed to stand the test of time. This ensures vibrant colours and exceptional durability for years to come.

Can I return a print if I change my mind?

Because each print is made to order, I generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is my top priority. If your print arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 2 days of receiving it. I'll work with you to quickly resolve any issues, including offering a replacement if necessary.

What framing options are available?

You can choose to have your print framed for an elegant, ready-to-hang display. Frame options include black, white, or oak, made from FSC®-certified wood and completed with high-quality glass.

Can I pay in instalments?

Absolutely! You can pay in instalments at checkout if you choose PayPal as your payment option, making it easier to collect the art you love.
