My prints are specially made to order but your happiness with your purchase is paramount to me and I will do everything I can to assist you:
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact me by email at christine@christinewallace.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. I will work swiftly to assess the situation and rectify the issue by providing a replacement at no additional cost to you. To help me assist you quickly, please include photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item you received.
